We offer a very large range of olives which are grown in the south of France (Provence, Region of Nice, Gard, Hérault, Rhône valley) or in the main producing countries of the mediterranean. 

The supermarket range

These are the best sold items. The price/quality ratio is really good.

The specialities from Provence

This range of specialities targets "connaisseurs" which are eager to discover the flavours of provençal olives and recipes (tiny black olives from the region Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, Nyons black olives, green Picholine from Provence and Languedoc) , to taste olives seasonned according to Provençal recipes (hot spicy olives "à la provençale", "escabèche olives", oil cured black ripe olives with "herbs de Provence", Provençal olive paste or Tapenade, Pistou) and to discover specialities from abroad (Greek Calamata violet olives, cocktail skewers, mix made of pimento stuffed olives and almond stuffed olives, anchovis stuffed olives and special  "Jalapeño" green Mexican pimento stuffed olives).

The food-service range

In this range, the products presented in the previous pages are packed under  food-service formats ( 5/1 and 4/4 tins, 5Kg cartons, plastic pails).
