Sealed plastic pails

The new Barral range of plastic pails (5 K° et 2.5 K °) is the result of a constant research in quality for our olives in matter of taste and preservation.

We have elaborated this new range using the multiplicity of seasonings and type of olives that we have.

We have invested in a very performant equipment for the packing and sealing pails with vacuum.

This new production process has many advantages :

*    The vacuum packing avoids the thin white skin on top due to the growth of yeasts and allows a longer “Best Before Date”.

*    It avoids  all problems linked to transport : brine leaks and spoiled olives.

*    The sealed pails are a very hygenic product specially for the sale in cash and carry.

*    For the Greek  style olives packed in pails (plain or pitted) the packing is done under vacuum and modified atmosphere which gives the product a perfect preservation with a low salt rate and therefore preserves the flavour of the olive.

 

For the 2.5K° pails we have elaborated new recipes and seasonings :

Cracked green olives with garlic

Cracked olives "Mediterranean" style : fennel/lemon

Andalousian olive cocktail

And many others.
